Day 1: Kuala Lumpur – New Delhi
Meals: –
Arrive in New Delhi at midnight on a flight from Kuala Lumpur. Proceed to the hotel for check-in and rest.
Day 2: New Delhi – Srinagar
Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
Breakfast, check-out, and fly to Srinagar. Upon arrival, check in to the houseboat. Lunch, shikara ride, and optional visit to the floating market. Overnight on the houseboat.
Day 3: Full Day Pahalgam
Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
Visit Pahalgam to enjoy the scenic valley, Lidder River, and optional visits to Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, or Chandanwari. Free time before returning to the hotel. Overnight in Srinagar.
Day 4: Full Day Sonamarg
Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
Travel to Sonamarg to enjoy the Himalayan views. Optional horse ride to Thajiwas Glacier. Free time for photos and relaxing. Return to the hotel and overnight in Srinagar.
Day 5: Full Day Gulmarg
Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
Breakfast, then drive to Gulmarg. Upon arrival, take the Gondola ride. Lunch followed by free time for walking or playing in the snow. Return to Srinagar and overnight at the hotel.
Day 6: Srinagar – New Delhi – Agra
Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
Breakfast, check-out, and fly to New Delhi. Continue by road to Agra. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and rest. Overnight in Agra.
Day 7: Agra – New Delhi
Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
Breakfast, visit the Taj Mahal, and then return to New Delhi. Check in to the hotel and rest. Overnight in New Delhi.
Day 8: New Delhi City Tour – Airport
Meals: Breakfast
Breakfast, then city tour visiting India Gate and Agrasen Ki Baoli. Lunch, followed by optional shopping at Dilli Haat or Connaught Place. In the evening, transfer to the airport for the flight back to Kuala Lumpur.
Day 9: Kuala Lumpur
Meals: –
Arrive in Kuala Lumpur and continue your journey home to your respective cities.
Terms and Conditions
- Registration and Payment
- Registration must be completed by filling out the official form and paying a deposit of 50% of the total trip cost within 7 days after confirmation.
- Full payment must be made no later than 14 days before departure.
- Payments should be made via bank transfer to the official account of PT SANNJAYA ANUGERAH WISATA, BANK BNI 2233323320.
Price and Inclusions
- Trip price is per person (twin-sharing or triple). Additional charges apply for single rooms.
- Price adjustments may occur due to changes in airfare or taxes without prior notice.
Travel Documents
- Participants must have a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) and a valid Indian e-Visa.
- The organizer is not responsible for travel failure due to incomplete documents or visa denial.
Cancellation
- By Participants: Any unilateral cancellation by the customer will result in forfeiture of the payment.
- By Organizer (Force Majeure): Full refund or rescheduling options will be provided in cases of natural disasters, riots, or government restrictions.
- Flight cancellation fees follow airline policies.
Itinerary and Changes
- The itinerary may change due to weather, local conditions, or unforeseen circumstances without reducing the quality of the experience.
- Optional activities (horse riding, saffron shopping) depend on availability and local conditions.
Participant Responsibilities
- Participants must comply with local regulations, guide instructions, and ensure personal safety.
- Participants are responsible for property damage or additional costs due to personal negligence.
- The organizer is not responsible for personal belongings loss, injuries, or illness during the trip.
Travel Insurance
- Participants are advised to have travel insurance covering health, accidents, and trip cancellations.
- The organizer can recommend insurance, but the final decision rests with the participant.
Force Majeure
- The organizer is not responsible for losses due to events beyond control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, flight cancellations, or government travel bans.
