Day 1 – Arrival in Leh (3,500 m) – Acclimatization
Arrive at Leh Airport (via Delhi).
Meet and transfer to the hotel.
Recommended full rest for altitude acclimatization.
Evening at leisure with an optional visit to Shanti Stupa and Leh Market.

Day 2 – Sham Valley Tour
Explore the charm of Sham Valley with visits to:

• Hall of Fame Museum – Ladakh military museum

• Gurudwara Pathar Sahib

• Magnetic Hill – unique gravity phenomenon

• Indus–Zanskar Confluence – meeting point of two major rivers

• Alchi Monastery – historic ancient monastery

Day 3 – Leh → Nubra Valley via Khardung La Pass
Drive through Khardung La Pass (5,602 m) – one of the highest motorable roads in the world.
Visit Deskit Monastery and the giant Buddha statue.
Evening, enjoy a camel ride at Hunder Sand Dunes.
Overnight: Nubra Valley (guesthouse / tent)

Day 4 – Nubra → Pangong Lake
Scenic drive through Shyok Valley to Pangong Lake, the famous blue lake featured in 3 Idiots.
Enjoy the tranquil atmosphere and sunset by the lake.
Overnight: Pangong (cottage / tent)

Day 5 – Pangong Lake → Leh
Early morning sunrise at Pangong Lake.
Return to Leh via Chang La Pass.
Evening free for shopping at Leh Market.
Overnight: Leh

Day 6 – Leh ✈ Delhi → Agra
Morning flight from Leh to Delhi, then drive to Agra (approx. 3.5 hours).
Evening visit to Agra Fort, the majestic Mughal fortress.
Overnight: Agra

Day 7 – Taj Mahal → Delhi
Early morning visit to witness the sunrise at the Taj Mahal.
Return to Delhi with free time for shopping or culinary exploration.

Day 8 – Delhi City Tour → Departure
Delhi city tour visiting:

**Registration and Payment**

* Registration must be completed by filling out the official form and paying a **50% deposit** of the total trip cost within **7 days** after confirmation.
* The remaining balance must be settled **no later than 14 days before departure**.
* All payments should be made via **bank transfer** to the official account:

* The trip fee includes **hotel accommodation, private transport, and meals as stated in the itinerary**.

**Pricing and Inclusions**

* Prices are per person based on **twin or triple sharing**. Additional charges apply for **single rooms**.
* Excludes: **airfare, Indian visa, travel insurance, personal expenses (laundry, phone calls), optional activities, souvenirs, and tipping for guide/driver**.
* Prices may be adjusted due to changes in flight fares or taxes without prior notice.

**Travel Documents**

* Participants must hold a **valid passport (minimum 6 months validity)** and a **valid Indian e-Visa**.
* The organizer is not responsible for trip failure due to incomplete documents or visa rejection.

**Cancellations**

* **Cancellation by participant:**
Any cancellation made by the customer is **non-refundable**.
* **Cancellation by the organizer** due to **force majeure** (natural disaster, civil unrest, or government restriction): full refund or reschedule option will be provided.
* **Flight cancellation fees** follow the airline’s policy.

**Itinerary and Changes**

* The itinerary is subject to change due to **weather, local conditions, or unforeseen circumstances** without reducing the overall travel experience.
* Optional activities (horse riding, saffron shopping) depend on **availability and local conditions**.

**Participant Responsibilities**

* Participants must comply with **local regulations**, **guide instructions**, and maintain **personal safety**.
* Participants are responsible for any **property damage or additional costs** caused by personal negligence.
* The organizer is not liable for **loss of personal belongings, injuries, or illness** during the trip.

**Travel Insurance**

* Participants are **strongly advised** to have **travel insurance** covering health, accidents, and trip cancellation.
* The organizer can recommend insurance providers, but the **final decision lies with the participant**.

**Force Majeure**

* The organizer is not responsible for any loss resulting from **events beyond control** such as natural disasters, pandemics, flight cancellations, or government travel bans.
