Day 1 – Arrival in Kashmir

Day 2 – Full Day Gulmarg

After breakfast, depart for Gulmarg.
Enjoy the Himalayan scenery and take a gondola ride.
Free time for snow activities or relaxation.

Day 3 – Full Day Pahalgam

Drive to Pahalgam, free time to explore, or optional horse ride to Baisaran Valley and photos in traditional Kashmiri attire.
Return to Srinagar in the evening.

Day 4 – Kashmir → Agra
(Breakfast, Dinner)
After breakfast, transfer to Srinagar Airport for the flight to Delhi.
Continue by road to Agra.
Check in at the hotel and enjoy free time.

Day 5 – Agra → Jaipur
(Breakfast, Dinner)
Morning visit to the Taj Mahal.
After lunch, drive to Jaipur.
Check in at the hotel and rest.

Day 6 – Jaipur → New Delhi

Morning tour to Amber Fort (optional jeep/elephant ride), photo stop at Hawa Mahal, and visit City Palace.
After lunch, continue to New Delhi and check in at the hotel.

Day 7 – Departure

Morning New Delhi city tour: Qutub Minar, India Gate, Lotus Temple, and President House.
Free time until transfer to the airport for your return flight.

**Registration and Payment**

* Registration must be completed by filling out the official form and paying a **50% deposit** of the total trip cost within **7 days** after confirmation.
* The remaining balance must be settled **no later than 14 days before departure**.
* All payments should be made via **bank transfer** to the official account:

* The trip fee includes **hotel accommodation, private transport, and meals as stated in the itinerary**.

**Pricing and Inclusions**

* Prices are per person based on **twin or triple sharing**. Additional charges apply for **single rooms**.
* Excludes: **airfare, Indian visa, travel insurance, personal expenses (laundry, phone calls), optional activities, souvenirs, and tipping for guide/driver**.
* Prices may be adjusted due to changes in flight fares or taxes without prior notice.

**Travel Documents**

* Participants must hold a **valid passport (minimum 6 months validity)** and a **valid Indian e-Visa**.
* The organizer is not responsible for trip failure due to incomplete documents or visa rejection.

**Cancellations**

* **Cancellation by participant:**
Any cancellation made by the customer is **non-refundable**.
* **Cancellation by the organizer** due to **force majeure** (natural disaster, civil unrest, or government restriction): full refund or reschedule option will be provided.
* **Flight cancellation fees** follow the airline’s policy.

**Itinerary and Changes**

* The itinerary is subject to change due to **weather, local conditions, or unforeseen circumstances** without reducing the overall travel experience.
* Optional activities (horse riding, saffron shopping) depend on **availability and local conditions**.

**Participant Responsibilities**

* Participants must comply with **local regulations**, **guide instructions**, and maintain **personal safety**.
* Participants are responsible for any **property damage or additional costs** caused by personal negligence.
* The organizer is not liable for **loss of personal belongings, injuries, or illness** during the trip.

**Travel Insurance**

* Participants are **strongly advised** to have **travel insurance** covering health, accidents, and trip cancellation.
* The organizer can recommend insurance providers, but the **final decision lies with the participant**.

**Force Majeure**

* The organizer is not responsible for any loss resulting from **events beyond control** such as natural disasters, pandemics, flight cancellations, or government travel bans.
