Day 1 – Arrival in Srinagar, Kashmir

Arrive at Srinagar Airport.
Meet and transfer to your houseboat on Dal Lake.
Free time to relax, optional: evening Shikara Ride.
Dinner and overnight on the houseboat.

Day 2 – Full Day Gulmarg
(Breakfast, Dinner)

Breakfast at the accommodation.
Depart for Gulmarg and enjoy the scenic Himalayan views.
Take the included Gondola Ride.
Play in the snow or relax in the mountain area.
Return to Srinagar in the afternoon.
Check in to the hotel and rest.

Day 3 – Full Day Pahalgam
(Breakfast, Dinner)

Breakfast at the hotel.
Drive to Pahalgam and enjoy the beautiful valley.
Free time for exploration.
Optional: horseback ride to Baisaran Valley and photo session in traditional Kashmiri attire.
Return to Srinagar in the evening and rest.

Day 4 – Srinagar to Delhi – Agra
(Breakfast, Dinner)

Early morning transfer to Srinagar Airport.
Flight to New Delhi, then continue by road to Agra.
Check in to the hotel and rest.
Optional: evening visit to the local market.

Day 5 – Taj Mahal – Departure
(Breakfast)

Morning visit to the iconic Taj Mahal.
Return to the hotel for breakfast and check-out.
Transfer to Delhi Airport for your flight back to Indonesia.

Registration and Payment

• Registration must be completed by filling out the official form and paying a 50% deposit within 7 days after confirmation.

• The remaining balance must be settled no later than 14 days before departure.

• Payments are made via bank transfer to the official account of PT SANNJAYA ANUGERAH WISATA – BNI Bank 2233323320.

• The trip cost includes hotel accommodation, private transport, and meals as per the itinerary.

Pricing and Inclusions

• Prices are per person (twin or triple sharing). A single-room supplement applies.

• Excludes: airfare, Indian visa, travel insurance, personal expenses (laundry, phone calls), optional activities, souvenirs, and tipping for guide/driver.

• Prices may be adjusted due to changes in airfare, taxes, or other factors without prior notice.

Travel Documents

• Participants must have a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) and an approved Indian e-Visa.

• The organizer is not responsible for any travel failure due to incomplete documents or visa rejection.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation by participant: deposit and/or payments made are non-refundable.

• Cancellation by the organizer due to force majeure (natural disasters, riots, or government restrictions): full refund or reschedule option will be offered.

• Airline cancellation fees follow each airline’s policy.

Itinerary and Changes

• The itinerary is subject to change due to weather, local conditions, or unforeseen circumstances without reducing the overall experience.

• Optional activities (such as horseback riding or saffron shopping) depend on local availability and conditions.

Participant Responsibilities

• Participants must follow local regulations, guide instructions, and maintain personal safety.

• Participants are responsible for any damage or additional costs resulting from personal negligence.

• The organizer is not liable for lost items, injuries, or illness during the trip.

Travel Insurance

• Participants are strongly advised to have travel insurance covering health, accidents, and trip cancellations.

• The organizer may recommend insurance providers, but the final decision rests with the participant.

Force Majeure

• The organizer is not responsible for any losses resulting from uncontrollable events such as natural disasters, pandemics, flight cancellations, or government travel bans.
