Kashmir Tour Itinerary – 5 Days

Day 1 – Arrival in Kashmir (Dinner)
Arrive at Srinagar Airport, meet and transfer to the houseboat on Dal Lake.
Free time, optional Shikara Ride in the evening.
Dinner and overnight stay on the houseboat.

Day 2 – Pahalgam / Sonamarg (Breakfast, Dinner)
After breakfast, drive to Pahalgam (approx. 2.5–3 hours).
Optional horse ride to Aru Valley or Betaab Valley.
Shopping for local souvenirs at Pahalgam market.
Return to Srinagar for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3 – Full Day Gulmarg (Breakfast, Dinner)
After breakfast, depart for Gulmarg.
Enjoy the Gondola ride, play in the snow, and relax at a mountain café.
Return to Srinagar for dinner and rest.

Day 4 – Full Day Sonamarg (Breakfast, Dinner)
Explore Sonamarg, known for its snow-capped mountains and fresh air.
Optional horse ride to Thajiwas Glacier.
Return to Srinagar in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5 – Srinagar & Departure (Breakfast)
Breakfast at the hotel, free time to relax or explore Srinagar.
Check out and transfer to Srinagar Airport for your departure.
End of the tour.

*Registration and Payment*

* Registration must be completed by filling out the official form and paying a *50% deposit* of the total trip cost within *7 days* after confirmation.
* The remaining balance must be settled *no later than 14 days before departure*.

*Pricing and Inclusions*

* Prices are per person based on *twin or triple sharing. Additional charges apply for **single rooms*.
* Excludes: *airfare, Indian visa, travel insurance, personal expenses (laundry, phone calls), optional activities, souvenirs, and tipping for guide/driver*.
* Prices may be adjusted due to changes in flight fares or taxes without prior notice.

*Travel Documents*

* Participants must hold a *valid passport (minimum 6 months validity)* and a *valid Indian e-Visa*.
* The organizer is not responsible for trip failure due to incomplete documents or visa rejection.

*Cancellations*

* *Cancellation by participant:*
Any cancellation made by the customer is *non-refundable*.
* *Cancellation by the organizer* due to *force majeure* (natural disaster, civil unrest, or government restriction): full refund or reschedule option will be provided.
* *Flight cancellation fees* follow the airline’s policy.

*Itinerary and Changes*

* The itinerary is subject to change due to *weather, local conditions, or unforeseen circumstances* without reducing the overall travel experience.
* Optional activities (horse riding, saffron shopping) depend on *availability and local conditions*.

*Participant Responsibilities*

* Participants must comply with *local regulations, **guide instructions, and maintain **personal safety*.
* Participants are responsible for any *property damage or additional costs* caused by personal negligence.
* The organizer is not liable for *loss of personal belongings, injuries, or illness* during the trip.

*Travel Insurance*

* Participants are *strongly advised* to have *travel insurance* covering health, accidents, and trip cancellation.
* The organizer can recommend insurance providers, but the *final decision lies with the participant*.

*Force Majeure*

* The organizer is not responsible for any loss resulting from *events beyond control* such as natural disasters, pandemics, flight cancellations, or government travel bans.
