After breakfast, enjoy a light city tour of Delhi including:

Terms and Conditions – India Golden Triangle Tour

1. Registration and Payment

• Registration must be completed by filling out the official form and paying a 50% deposit within 7 days of confirmation.

• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before departure.

• Payment is accepted only via bank transfer to the official account of the organizer.

Trip cost includes:
Accommodation (hotel/houseboat), private transportation, entrance tickets (e.g. gondola, Mughal gardens), Shikara ride, and meals as per the itinerary.

2. Pricing and Inclusions

• Prices are per person, based on twin or triple sharing.

• Additional charges apply for single occupancy.

Trip price does not include:

• Indian visa

• Travel insurance

• Personal expenses (laundry, phone calls, etc.)

• Optional activities (e.g. horseback riding)

• Souvenirs/shopping

• Tips for guide and driver

Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in airfare or government taxes without prior notice.

3. Travel Documents

• Participants must have a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months’ validity, along with a valid Indian e-Visa.

• The organizer is not responsible for travel failure due to incomplete documentation or visa rejection.

4. Cancellation Policy

By Participant:

• Cancellations made unilaterally by the participant will be considered non-refundable.

By Organizer (Force Majeure):

• Full refund or reschedule option will be offered in case of cancellation due to natural disasters, civil unrest, or government restrictions.

• Flight cancellation fees follow the airline’s policy.

5. Itinerary and Changes

• The itinerary is subject to change due to weather, local conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, without reducing the overall value of the experience.

• Optional activities (e.g., horseback riding or saffron shopping) are subject to availability and local conditions.

6. Participant Responsibilities

• Participants must comply with local regulations, follow the guide’s instructions, and maintain personal safety.

• Any property damage or additional costs resulting from negligence will be the participant’s responsibility.

• The organizer is not liable for lost items, injuries, or illness during the trip.

7. Travel Insurance

• Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance that covers:

  • Health & medical emergencies

  • Accidents

  • Trip cancellation

The organizer may offer insurance recommendations, but the final decision is at the participant’s discretion.

8. Force Majeure

• The organizer shall not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from events beyond its control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Pandemics

  • Flight cancellations

  • Government travel bans or restrictions
